Welcome, Orchestra Families!

Welcome Orchestra Families! Whether new to the orchestra or returning, we’re excited to welcome you to what promises to be a fantastic year of music! The Lake Braddock Orchestra Boosters (LBOB) are here to support your musicians and the entire orchestra program.

Here’s how you can get involved and ensure your student has a successful year:

  • Visit the Orchestra Rooms During Bruin Blast: Meet our amazing orchestra directors, Austin Isaac and Diana Chou, and learn about their exciting plans. Don’t forget to stop by the LBOB table in the gymnasium hallway.
    • Middle School: Thursday, August 15th, 10 am-12 pm (Room P-136)
    • High School: Thursday, August 15th, 1 pm-3 pm (Room P-121)
  • Back-to-School Party and Booster General Meeting: Join us for fun, food, and information on Thursday, August 15th from 6-8pm in the Lake Braddock cafeteria. Learn more and RSVP in our SignUp Genius.
  • Join the Lake Braddock Orchestra Boosters: Join the Lake Braddock Orchestra Boosters! Your membership gives you a voice in the program, access to scholarships, and helps provide resources for our directors to make this one of the best orchestra programs in the region. Every student benefits!
  • Volunteer Your Time: With over 300 students, we need your help to make this year amazing! Our volunteer coordinator, Roger Hughlett, will send out requests for volunteers for concerts and other orchestra events throughout the year. Please sign up to help when you can.
  • Attend the Concerts: The students and our directors work hard, and your presence means the world to them. Bring family and friends to enjoy the music in the Lake Braddock Theater!
